Any furniture purchased online will not include delivery or freight charges. Each purchase is for furniture that will be made especially for you, in the wood and stain color you choose. Once we receive your online purchase order, we will contact you to confirm stain color and hardware selection (if applicable). Your order will then be put into production at our Amish shops and should be completed within 6-8 weeks. If delivery is not possible, your items can be shipped to you via freight. Freight calculations will be made upon completion of your order based on the weight of each pallet - subject to how many furniture pieces are ordered. We can do our very best to try to estimate these charges prior to placing the order for production, if requested. Any freight or shipping charges will be due when the items are finished and ready. Items will not be shipped without that cost being received. Should any furniture orders be cancelled, you may do so with a full refund for up to 48 hours after placing the order. After that, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis - refunds cannot be given when the Amish shops may have already begun building part of your furniture or order supplies necessary for your order.
