In-home, white glove furniture delivery

We are proud to include furniture delivery for final destinations in the contiguous United States. Free furniture delivery only applies on an entire order of qualifying products. that are shipped together. Additional delivery fees may be applied for items that are shipped separately shipped.  When your order is ready for shipping, the delivery company will contact you directly to set up an arrival time. The transportation companies we use, primarily produce less waste by using blankets and other packing materials to ensure the safety and protection of your furniture pieces. They specialize in Amish furniture delivery and take the utmost care!

How does in-home, white glove furniture delivery work?

When your order qualifies for free in-home, white glove furniture delivery, this means one or two drivers will unload each piece and bring it into your home or office, placing it the room you want it. While some light assembly is included, they are not able to mount or anchor pieces to the wall. This includes items like murphy beds, mirrors, headboards and dining hutches.  Furniture items that need to be fully assembled and are not included with this delivery services are pieces like cribs, bunk beds, murphy beds and others. One of our trusted transportation companies that will deliver your furniture will contact you prior to delivery to schedule the delivery appointment and to go over the process. They always do their best to accommodate your schedule, but a specific day or time cannot be guaranteed.

General Furniture Delivery Guidelines

  • Taxes may apply to shipping, depending on the state, in addition to your merchandise sales tax.
  • Additional fees may be applied for remote locations or locations, locations that are abnormally difficult to get to or include additional boat transportation to reach. We do not deliver outside the contiguous United States or internationally.
  • When you are notified that your furniture order is ready for delivery but are not ready to receive it, a storage fee will be incurred at a minimum of $45/week depending on the number of pieces in that order.
  • Reason beyond our shippers’ control that might delay or change your furniture delivery include weather, traffic, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable events.
  • Someone must be present during the delivery.
  • If you have a delivery appointment with a shipper and fail to keep that appointment, you may be charged additional redelivery fees and/or storage fees.
  • We do not offer refunds on shipping costs or returns on furniture that do not fit in your home or office, through doorways, in an elevator, or up a staircase. It is your responsibility to measure and plan accurately and accordingly.
  • Our delivery specialists, for safety reasons, will not put furniture through windows or remove windows or doors.
  • Having the space for your new furniture ready is your responsibility. We will not move/remove or disassemble existing furniture in your home.
  • Please secure any pets prior to our furniture delivery specialists' arrival. We care for your fur-babies and do not want them injured or escaping during delivery.
  • Both Standard and White Glove Inside Delivery require the following:
  • The road must be paved.
  • The road must be a minimum of 10 feet wide.
  • There cannot be any low hanging branches on the road, and there must be a clearance of at least 14 feet.
  • The street must have no vehicle weight restrictions.
  • The road cannot have sharp turns or curves.
  • Drivers must be able to safely turn around after they complete delivery.

Furniture Inspection Upon Delivery

Your furniture order will be insured for shipping and carefully packaged for protection. If you opt to have curbside delivery and your order is not unpacked by white-glove service, please unpack the furniture before the shipper leaves your address to inspect it for any damages. It is your responsibility to inspect your furniture to ensure that it has not been damaged, however, regardless of delivery method or service provided. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us during business hours, and we will work with you on the most appropriate solution. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us! Damages reported more than 48 hours after delivery will not be covered. Photos of any damages will be requested.
