  • Where do you ship?

    Farmer Boy Furniture currently ships to all 56 states inside the U.S. For almost all products we ship using either the U.S.P.S or for some larger/heavier items, UPS Ground. Shipping costs for your purchases should be automatically calculated to the zip code you enter, based on our previously determined weight and measurements of the packaged item(s). We take great pride in personally packing each item for our customers to ensure it safely reaches your door in it's original condition.

  • How can I get in touch with you?

  • Accepted Forms of Payment

    We currently accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal - all supported by secured platforms to ensure your privacy and personal information is not compromised.

  • Refund Policy

    Any refunds/returns are processed online. You may begin that process by emailing us at quality@farmerboyfurniture.com and including your order number, name, phone number or zip code. Please include a short reason for why you are returning the item/requesting a refund.

    Unused products in their original condition and in season, may be returned within 30 days from your order date. You will need a self-paid shipping label. Upon receiving and inspecting your item, a refund of the purchase price including any sales tax paid will be issued.

  • Packing Instructions for Returns/Exchanges

    1. Packing your order for shipping

    • All items should be packed for return in the original packaging, if possible. If that isn't possible, it is very important that you package your item(s) in a sturdy box with at least two inches of tightly packed, thick cushioning around the product, so no breakage occurs during the return shipping process.

    • Examples of proper packing material for glass products: 2-3 layers of bubble wrap, thick or stiff, crushed paper packed tightly around the product, product packed tightly with foam packing- "peanuts" or biodegradable packing-"peanuts". We recommend acquiring these materials at any office supply store, a big-brand shipping store, Walmart or similar store.

    • Examples of improper packing material for glass products: used, warped, thin or compromised boxes, thin layers of newspaper, crumbled newspaper or newspaper wrapped in thin layers, tissue paper, thin or popped bubble wrap, old rags or an improper amount of proper packing materials (less than 2" thick around the product).

    2. Include your printed order inside your return box. If for some reason, you are unable to obtain a copy yourself, please contact us at quality@farmerboyfurniture.com and one can be emailed to you.

  • Missing/Incorrect Items

    If you are missing a product(s), please contact us by emailing quality@farmerboyfurniture.com. We will process your issue by checking the original shipment details and if, in fact, you are missing a product or products, we will promptly ship it/them at no additional cost to you. Be sure to provide your name, order number and date of order.

  • Damaged During Delivery

    If your product was damaged during delivery, images will be requested. Please do not throw your product away before contacting us by emailing quality@farmerboyfurniture.com.
